SodaBurn Refund Policy

Ohio Valley Nutrition Group, LLC stands behind SodaBurn with a 60-day money-back promise. This page is the whole policy in the order you would need it.

1. What is covered

Every SodaBurn order placed on sodaburnz.com is covered for 60 days from the purchase date shown on your receipt. Opened bottles are covered. Partially used bottles are covered. Kits are covered as a whole, so a six-bottle order comes back as one return, not six.

2. The one condition

We ask you to take SodaBurn daily for at least 30 days before requesting a refund. A supplement cannot be judged in a week, and this condition is the reason we can keep a promise this open. If a medical reason means you stopped early, say so in your email and we will settle it without the 30 days.

3. How to start a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, quote the order number, and say in one line what did not work for you. A reply with the return address arrives within one business day. No form, no phone queue, no retention script.

4. Return postage

You pay the postage to send the bottles back. We do not cover return shipping, and we would rather print that here than surprise you later. Use a tracked service if the parcel matters to you; without tracking we can only refund what we receive.

5. When the money moves

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the return reaching our warehouse. Banks take a further 3 to 10 days to post it. We email you when the refund leaves our side.

6. The digital guides

The six digital guides included with the three and six bottle kits are yours to keep. A refund on the bottles does not cancel your downloads and we do not deduct their listed value from your refund.

7. Damaged, lost or wrong orders

These are not refund cases, they are our mistakes, and they are fixed by replacement at our cost. Email a photo where relevant. Nothing about a replacement shortens your 60-day window.

8. What is not covered

Bottles bought anywhere other than sodaburnz.com. We cannot verify a batch we did not ship, and a marketplace seller using the SodaBurn name is not supplied by us. Requests after the 60-day window has closed also fall outside this policy, though you are welcome to write and ask.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under United States consumer law or the law of your state. Where a statutory right gives you more than this policy does, the statutory right wins.
